Games in this show
Add or remove games and arrange the order. A game can run twice (A and B), up to 8 games. Pick each run's reward: Voucher, Points or Both. Everyone rejoins each game. The host starts each one.
What each game pays
Set prizes separately for each game. Points go to the wallet when that game finishes. A Voucher run pays no points: send its winners a voucher from Prize details. Both pays points and a voucher. There is no overall winner prize.
Participation points
Paid once after every included game finish, in addition to any placement prize. Play in every match of every game; losses and slow taps count. Not opening a match in time (disqualified), missing a game or an early-ended show does not qualify. Set to 0 to turn this reward off.
Tip: for a small test group, set this to 2 so you can see players eliminated.

Broadcast
off airGo live and talk — your mic is the show's voice. Players hear your commentary alongside the game picture in the app. Ending the stream takes the panel away everywhere.

Question bank
Shared by every group. /quiz in a group posts one of these as a Telegram quiz poll and scores the answers onto that group's leaderboard. A question needs question text, at least 2 options and a correct one ticked.

Layer names
What each layer is called, everywhere it appears, and how many players are on it. Renaming one does not move any group off it.
App banner
The picture across the top of the player app. One image, no text laid over it — whatever you upload is exactly what players see, so the headline, the prize and the artwork all live in the image itself. Wide and short works best (about 3:1).
No banner set — players see the app without one.
Plays on phones that allow it. The picture shows otherwise.
Turning this off keeps the image but hides the banner, so a campaign can be put back without re-uploading it.
Announcements
The bar that rolls along under the banner in the player app. One announcement per line — they scroll past one after another, so keep each one to a few words. Ten at most; anything past that is dropped.
Try the speed with your text above. The first words start in the middle. Save to update the player app.
Turning this off keeps the lines and hides the bar. Empty it entirely and the bar is gone as well — players see the banner and then their points, with nothing between them.
Default show picture
Used on any show that was created without a picture of its own. Cards crop it to a wide rectangle, so keep the subject in the middle.
None set — shows without their own picture have no artwork.
Bot messages
Edit replies, buttons, show announcements, reminders and reward notifications. Changes apply to new messages as soon as you save. Keep the listed placeholders for live names, amounts and links. Plain text; line breaks and emoji are supported.
Open Settings to load messages.
Quiz questions and answers are edited in Questions. One-off announcements and show titles/prizes use their existing dashboard fields.
Safety
Railway makes no backup of the volume on this plan. /data/store.db is the
only copy of every balance, hold, redemption, score and show. This downloads a
consistent snapshot — taken with VACUUM INTO, not a file copy, because the
database runs in WAL mode and copying the file alone silently loses the most recent
writes.
Invites
What a show pays is set on the show itself, when you create it — it is a decision per show, not a standing rule. This page is what the system pays for an invite.
Moving up a layer
Nothing ever moves a player down. A balance can fall — a period reset, a prize redeemed — and a ladder that followed it down would demote everybody the night a reset ran. Demoting is done by hand, on the Ledger page, which is also where you move people when this is set to Nothing.
Games
A game switched off disappears from every game picker. It is hidden, not deleted — switch it back on here any time.
Players learn the next game, and can still join, until it ends. Once nobody is in a tutorial, the game starts in 5 seconds.
A level with a game set plays that game and nothing else — the show form locks to it. A level on “Any” offers whatever is switched on above.

Penalty
Miss one flick, drop or spin and that turn is gone; miss two in a row and the match is forfeited. Clocks reach the next turn of every live match the moment they are saved. Plinko's ball count and the slot's spin count are frozen per match at creation.
Players play with their own points on one spin or one drop and win a multiple back. The return is what the arcade pays back over many plays: a slot line pays its points × the play amount × (return ÷ the machine's average points per spin), rounded down. 90% means you keep about a tenth of all points played. The optional daily limit counts points played per Malaysian day. Set it to 0 for unlimited play.
Stack, Memory and Hop share this daily cap equally. Each game pays 50% / 30% / 20% of its share to its top three, rounded down; 300 pays 50 / 30 / 20 in each game. Changes start next Malaysia day; 0 turns future prizes off.
Prize budget
Outstanding balances are measured against this. 0 means no budget set.
Period reset
Fires the reset immediately instead of waiting for the period to end. It applies to every balance and there is no undo.
Exchange rate
Points are the real unit. Changing this does not move anybody's points — it changes what every one of them is worth in ringgit, all at once, including balances already earned.
Recent setting changes
Points never move when a rate changes — but what you owe in ringgit does. This is what makes that jump explainable afterwards.
